Phase III
The Verona Common Council approved the third phase of the Prairie Oaks Planned Neighborhood. This plan calls for a mixture of owner-occupied condominiums, market rate residential units and both condos and apartments reserved for seniors.
The 261 units will be spread out over 11 buildings, all over the eastern portion of the Prairie Oaks Development. The breakdown would be one 10-unit building, two 12-unit buildings, five 22 unit buildings, one 28 unit market rate rental building, one 35-unit senior condo and one 54-unit senior only building. The 261 units will be served with 503 parking spaces including 354 under ground.
We said from the beginning that Prairie Oaks is the ideal place to live, shop and work. We feel that this additional development phase will support community living and continue to make Praire Oaks a neighborhood worth discovering and calling home.
